Fewer surprises on your delivery day
Bridge 360 is the platform we built to run every delivery. For you, it means your order planned, followed and checked at every step.
Your delivery, planned ahead
Team, truck and time slot assigned for every operation in every port.
We follow your vessel
Its position on AIS, so we adjust to its real arrival.
Your items, ready on time
Purchasing, stock and warehouse separation managed for your order.
A truck you can count on
Maintenance, documents, GPS and temperature of every truck under control.
No surprises at the gangway
Items, seals and port permits checked before the truck leaves.
Service measured on your order
Fulfilment, surveys and follow-up tracked on every operation.
Your feedback triggers action
A short survey goes to the vessel once the delivery is closed. Any low score opens a case — no need to file a complaint — that goes into our KPIs and is followed until it is closed.
That is the loop that moves the line on the right: every score is read, every low one is acted on, and the next delivery shows it.
Your quote in under 2 hours
Send your requisition as it is — your codes, your descriptions, your language. Our proprietary quotation engine does the first pass, built on ten years of quoting for vessels in Colombia:
- Your SKUs, already mapped. Customer codes from 25 fleets linked to our catalogue, and 13 RFQ formats read as they arrive.
- Language equivalency. The same item written the many ways crews and owners write it, recognised as one product.
- Local produce match. International items matched to what Colombia grows and stocks, so the quote holds when the truck is loaded.
About 90% of lines match automatically. Our team checks every one and resolves the rest — that is why two business hours is a promise, not a hope.
Today: measured from start of work to quotation sent, average RFQ of 190 lines. Industry and before technology: typical times from ten years of quoting in Colombia.
Security in every delivery, warehouse to deck
Truck inspection
Cargo unit checked against a security checklist before loading.
Numbered seals
Every door sealed with numbered seals, photographed at sealing.
GPS-monitored route
Departure and arrival at the terminal recorded by GPS.
Verified alongside
Seals checked at the vessel; any discrepancy is reviewed by our logistics team.
Your backstage pass to every delivery
The live truck and its ETA, your vessel on AIS, the items and seal numbers while the truck is on the road. PO + IMO — no login, no app.
Reliability built into every step
Fresh updates from every vessel
Every operation shows how recent our last update from the vessel is. When it gets old, Bridge 360 flags it and our team follows up — so ETA, berth and loading stay current.
| VESSEL | PORT · TERMINAL | LAST UPDATE |
|---|---|---|
| Vessel A | Cartagena · Contecar | 1 h |
| Vessel B | Barranquilla · Riverport | 8 h |
| Vessel C | Buenaventura · SPRBUN | 53 h · follow up |
of every order delivered. Average by value, 627 deliveries, May–Oct 2026. If an item was short, it is not on your invoice.
Item-by-item final check
Every item counted and photographed before the truck is sealed. Calibrated cold rooms and a temperature sensor on every truck.
Every delivery leaves proof
If an owner, a charterer or an auditor asks, the evidence is ready — delivery by delivery. Photo report and temperature records available on request for every operation.
